Instructions
- Fry sausages turning every couple of minutes until cooked (about 12 minutes).
- Chop up sausages, put in saucepan with enough water to just cover. Chop up onion and add to saucepan with vegetables and cook until water is boiling.
- Meanwhile, add flour and curry powder in a cup and add enough cold water to form a paste.
- Take saucepan off the stove and stir in the paste. Return to heat and simmer until vegetables are cooked.
